Design Process
I. DISCOVERY
I practice right-sized, momentum-building research that fits the scope of the business and the pace of the team. Through observations, design workshops, and targeted interviews, I uncover underlying, unmet user needs and workflow dynamics.
Discovery isn’t a bottleneck. It’s an accelerant. Early insights align stakeholders, reduce ambiguity, and reveal opportunities that shape smarter roadmaps and improve product velocity.
II. ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS
Insights stick when teams build them together. Taking the time to help people connect with patterns firsthand helps teams align around what’s truly important.
The result is a shared, cross-functional understanding of the right problem. This clarity transforms observations into actions that move teams forward with confidence.
III. CONCEPT GENERATION
Once the team is aligned on the problem, design can facilitate collaborative exploration of what’s possible turning insight-backed opportunities into tangible concepts that balance:
Desirability • solving the problem the right way
Feasibility • aligning with technical strategy
Viability • supporting product market fit
IV. VALIDATION
Validation is a continuous learning loop, not a pass/fail gate. Each concept’s level of fidelity matches the question at hand, from rough sketches to high-fidelity working prototypes, to understand how solutions are likely perform in real contexts.
This process builds evidence, sharpens direction, reduces uncertainty, and minimizes risk. It ensures teams don’t just ship something that works, but something that works for users, works for the business, and will scale.
V. Measure & Mature
Product experiences evolve, and so does the understanding of user needs. I help teams create space for continuous measurement, experimentation, and iteration—so learning doesn’t end at delivery.
